About

Gun Club_143

Russell County Sportsman Club was organized in 1982 with 14 Charter members. Since then the club and membership have grown. Russell County Sportsman Club features a Trap and Skeet range, pistol range, 100 yd. rifle range, shotgun ranges, and an archery range. The club also features a clubhouse, picnic area and playground. Non-members are welcome to come on Skeet and Trap evenings to shoot at the club.

RCSC is a member of the 9th District Fish and Wildlife Federation and the League of Kentucky Sportsmen. It is used by the cub scouts, boy scouts, 4-H, and is available for hunter safety courses, sport shooting competitions, field trials, trap, skeet, and archery competitions. The club has a business meeting once a month to handle the needs of the club. The meeting is on the second Thursday of the month and is open to all members.
We are proud to sponsor local scout troops. We also donate club use to The Disabled Veterans and D.A.R.E.

Membership dues are $50.00 per year. Once you agree to the rules and bylaws of the club and become a member, you will receive a key to the range. If you are interested in becoming a member, you can come by the clubhouse on Monday or Tuesday Evenings during Skeet and Trap Nights.
